Walls get painted and plants die but there are three constants over the years in the decoration of Mark Wilczynski’s office.  One is the pictures of his family on the wall.  The others are two signs that hang which declare in large, bold lettering, “Brutal Honesty” and “Nothing Less Than Perfection.”  What you really need to know about who we are comes from those messages.
